Q: Are these Stuffed?

A: No, they are not. Each and every one of our creations are hand felted.

 

Q: How long does it take for a replica to be made?

A: To make a replica usually takes 6-8 Weeks, depending on our orders. Once done, it will get shipped within two business days.  We work on three replica orders at a time. Please contact us for a more accurate time. 

 

Q: In reference to the replicas, how will it look like my dog? 

A: We look at specific details on the picture and video you send us. We try to make it as close as humanly possible. It will never be the exact replica, for it is hand-made, not matching-made. 

 

Q: I am getting married in about six months and would like to have some souvenirs made with felt. How much time do you require for an order like this?

A: Depending on the quantity, size, and details. We quote the price and time of delivery after terms are accepted; we will require four full weeks to put it on schedule to be delivered. In other words, four weeks minimum plus time for delivery.

 

Q: Can I buy more than one item from the store?

A: Absolutely, For orders larger than 30, we request seven business days to fulfill.

 

Can I buy the puppies ready to be put on my car’s rearview mirror?

A: Yes, you can. Any of the small animals can be customized to be hanged from a car’s rearview mirror, just need to specify before you check out. If you forget to add that to the order, please contact us within 24 hrs from the time of order so we can add it before packaging.
